Efficy — store audits & performance scoring

Context

Efficy is the store compliance and audit part of the Presalio suite. Brands define a "Picture of Success" — products present, shelf share, prices, promotions, POS materials — and auditors check each store against it. Every client receives an Efficy score, and Presalio's field users are ranked on the quality of their work, making strong and weak execution visible to managers.

Role

Main frontend contributor in a small team: audit flows used in stores, scoring and ranking views, and manager monitoring screens, designed with the backend developers who compute the scores.

Challenge

• Fast audits in the store — a few minutes per visit, no room for a slow interface.
• A score people trust — a number that ranks colleagues must be explainable check by check.
• One dataset, many audiences — auditors, supervisors and managers need different levels of detail, from a single visit to a whole region.
