Context

Adele Invest is an ultra-secure platform where qualified sellers and buyers close off-market real-estate deals in France. A property sale there is a long, regulated process — offers, legal documents, lawyers and a notary — and the platform had to carry all of it, not just the listings. Buyers use the web and mobile apps; agents and staff work from a desktop app all day. The back office runs on Odoo.

Role

Frontend developer on the team delivering the product across platforms: the transaction flows, the shared Vue codebase, platform integration with Capacitor and Electron, and the connection to the Odoo backend.

Challenge

  • A regulated journey, not a catalogue — each sale moves through offers, legal documents and appointments with lawyers and a notary, with the right people involved at each step.
  • Four targets, one team — web, iOS, Android and desktop kept in sync without four separate apps.
  • An ERP as the source of truth — listings, parties, documents and appointments live in Odoo.
  • Premium and private — a luxury brand, confidential data, and fast pages despite large property photos.

Approach

The buy and sell journey

Guided flows for sellers and buyers from listing to closing: expressions of interest and offers, the legal documents each step requires, and status visible to every party.

Document collection and review built into the flow, with appointment scheduling between sellers, buyers, lawyers and the notary — so the whole transaction stays on the platform instead of in emails.

Odoo backend integration

Frontend flows mapped onto Odoo data — properties, parties, documents and calendars — so the back-office team works in Odoo while users see a clean product.

One codebase, thin platform layers

UI and business logic in a single Vue 3 + TypeScript codebase; platform-specific behaviour behind small adapters so Capacitor (mobile) and Electron (desktop) only provide what is truly native. Responsive images, lazy loading and route-level code splitting keep image-heavy pages fast.

Results

  • The full French property transaction — from listing to notary — handled on one platform.
  • One product on web, desktop and both app stores.
  • New features ship to every platform at once.
